Overview
This Bellevue Hill client came to us living with the consequences of a pool build gone wrong. The original pool and spa, built by a previous builder, was riddled with problems. The shell wasn't square. Plumbing and filtration weren't performing. The water level sat unbalanced against the coping. And the tiling was so poorly executed that nothing aligned.
The only real fix was to start again, properly. We stripped the pool and spa back to the shell and rebuilt from the inside out:
