Overview
Tucked into the bush at Sutherland, this sweet cottage had everything it needed to become a true outdoor retreat, it just needed someone to unlock it.
A partnership between Life Outdoors and Pinnacle Pools delivered right on brief. A deck extends off the home and projects into the tree canopy, drawing the living space into the landscape rather than sitting apart from it. Stairs descend into the peace of the pool area and a firepit area perched on a secluded rocky ledge over the creek completes the picture so that home feels like a holiday every day.
What sets this project apart is the way it it balances aesthetics with real-life practicality. Concealed storage built beneath the deck keeps everything within reach but completely out of sight, pool robots, toys, a dedicated shelf for sunscreen and goggles, and a bar fridge for drinks.
The bush setting stays immaculate; the while the living experience is effortless.
